Landfill Gas Monitor System

Designed and developed a complete hardware & firmware prototype using NXP controllers. Delivered an end-to-end landfill gas monitoring solution capable of measuring gas composition, temperature, and barometric pressure. Integrated NB-IoT/LTE connectivity for real-time wireless data transmission and monitoring via the Internet, with features to detect gas generation events such as flare shutdowns or blockages. Enabled external flow meter connectivity and ensured timely information delivery. Conducted regulatory pre-testing for FCC compliance, gap analysis, and pre-compliance testing for Hazloc Certification (C-II). 

SMART Helmet

This innovative helmet, aimed for motorcycle riders is equipped with a range of IOT sensors including accelerometers, GPS, G sensors, and pressure sensors to ensure the perfect fit while providing ultimate comfort and safety. Not only does the SMART Helmet enhance overall riding experience, but it also helps reduce insurance costs by saving crucial accident and crash data for analysis. Furnace Automation System

Bringing traditional industry into Industry 4.0:  A cutting-edge electronics and software system designed for heating, melting, and forging in the metal industry. Featuring IGBT-based digital control for precision, safety monitoring for Over current, Over voltage, and Power Limit protection, along with a user-friendly HMI interface. Design includes a PIC controller for safety monitoring and furnace control, with added features like auto shutdown in configurable and emergency conditions, along with data logging and diagnostics. 

Seniors Health Monitoring System

ATRI developed architecture, procured components, and integrated systems to create a dedicated IoT gateway with HIPAA-compliant subsystems for secure data pipelines. Our work included health sensor data deployment, IoT device provisioning, diagnostics using AWS IoT Core, and device authentication. We delivered a "one-touch" health monitoring solution for seniors.

SMART Laundromat System

ATRI Systems delivered an end-to-end solution for Laundromat management, encompassing system architecture and end-user apps. Key features included machine-to-machine comms over Industrial Ethernet w/ PLCs in washing machines, Windows kiosk, mobile apps, and AWS integration. The solution supports online slot booking, in-store kiosks, and washing/drying machine operations management, including self-cleaning cycles, with live alerts and updates for users.

Endpoint to Cloud Datapipeline

ATRI Systems team developed customer specific application system for real-time audio and video processing, leveraging cameras, microphones, and various IoT sensors to stream data seamlessly to AWS. Using AWS IoT Core, Kinesis Video Streams, and AWS Greengrass, we enabled edge processing, intelligent filtering, and low-latency transmission to cloud services like S3, Lambda, and SageMaker for AI-driven analytics. The pipeline supports WebRTC for live streaming, speech-to-text processing, and object detection.

Mobile + Archade Gaming Ecosystem

We built an interactive mobile application designed to offer users an engaging and rewarding experience. It provides a mix of quiz games, puzzles, and membership privileges, allowing users to earn in-game currency and unlock exciting rewards. The application also supports e-commerce integration, enabling users to make purchases and explore various products through a virtual journey.  This mobile gaming system is linked to arcade gaming hardware, where the user can seamlessly switch between the two ecosystems.
