AI at the Edge: Jetson Orin Nano

At the heart of the system is the NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano, a compact yet powerful AI inference engine capable of delivering up to 40 TOPS (trillions of operations per second) of compute power. This enables complex machine learning models to run locally without cloud latency, ensuring fast, autonomous decision-making in critical workflows. The Jetson module manages sensor data ingestion, preprocessing, and analytics, supporting real-time control loops and alerts.​​

Hardware Design & Sensor Integration:

Complete electrical and mechanical design to physically integrate a variety of IoT sensors—cameras, IR, temperature, humidity, light, sound, and facial recognition modules—with the NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano GPU module.

Careful sourcing and qualification of all components—sensors, compute modules, connectors, voltage regulators, and thermal solutions—optimized for performance, power efficiency, and longevity.
