This Privacy Policy explains how ATRI Solutions ("ATRI," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with this website. It applies only to this website. It does not cover information handled as part of a separate engineering services engagement, Product Platform deployment, or other business relationship with ATRI, which is governed by the agreements for that engagement.
We collect information in the following ways:
When you use the Contact form on this website, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, business email address, company name, phone number (optional), country (optional), the type of inquiry, the product or platform you're asking about (optional), a description of your project or need, your timing (optional), and the page you submitted the form from.
Ask ATRI is a website-navigation assistant. When you ask it a question, we process the text of your question (and log it, together with which part of the website it matched) in order to generate and improve answers. Using Ask ATRI does not require an account, name or email address. If you also use the feedback controls (thumbs up/down) or click through to a result, we log that interaction anonymously — see "How Ask ATRI Works" below.
Like most websites, this site automatically generates standard technical logs as part of being hosted and served — for example, IP address, browser and device information, the pages requested, and timestamps. These logs are generated and retained by our hosting provider as a normal part of operating the website.
This website does not currently use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics or visitor-tracking service. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy to describe it before it is deployed.
The code that runs this website does not set cookies and does not use browser local storage or session storage. Our hosting and content-delivery provider may use a small number of technical cookies or equivalent mechanisms that are necessary to operate its infrastructure reliably; these are not configured by ATRI, and are not used by us for advertising or cross-site tracking.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the information described in this policy for third-party advertising.
When you ask Ask ATRI a question, the text of your question — together with the relevant excerpts of ATRI's own public website content needed to answer it — is sent to our AI service provider (currently Anthropic) to generate a response. Only your question text is sent this way; your name, email address or other contact details are not included, unless your question itself happens to contain them (in which case, please avoid including sensitive personal information in your question).
We use the following third parties to operate this website:
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a public informational website. This website does not process payments and does not ask visitors to create an account or log in.
Contact form submissions and Ask ATRI logs are retained as part of our hosting provider's function and log retention, as described in Section 4 above. We retain the information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for legitimate business, security and record-keeping purposes.
This website is accessible globally and is hosted on infrastructure that may process and store data in the United States and other countries where our hosting and service providers operate.
You may contact us to ask what information we hold about you in connection with a Contact form submission, and to request that we correct or delete it. We will respond to reasonable requests.
This website is directed at business visitors and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
This website may link to third-party websites, including partner and social-media sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third-party sites, and this policy does not apply to them.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to the website or how we operate it. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
