Power electronics engineered from the circuit to the complete system.

ATRI engineers power conversion, conditioning and control—from rectifiers, inverters, stabilizers and charging systems to induction power systems and the power electronics inside intelligent products.

We bring together power architecture, switching and control, semiconductor integration, transformer-system integration, thermal management, EMI/EMC, embedded firmware and mechanical engineering to create reliable, manufacturable products.

DELIVER POWER

MONITOR & PROTECT feeds back into SWITCH & CONTROL and REGULATE & MANAGE, closing the loop rather than running the system open-loop.

INPUT POWER
AC or DC input from the source or supply
CONDITION & PROTECT
Filtering · protection · stabilization
CONVERT

SWITCH & CONTROL

DELIVER POWER
Battery · motor · actuator · induction · equipment load
MONITOR & PROTECT
Electrical · thermal · load · fault feedback

ATRI engineers the feedback path from MONITOR & PROTECT back into SWITCH & CONTROL and REGULATE & MANAGE, so the system responds to its own electrical and thermal state rather than running open-loop.

Dedicated Power Systems
Power systems where power electronics is the product.

Some products exist primarily to convert, condition, regulate or deliver electrical power. ATRI engineers these systems across the electrical, electronic, embedded, thermal and mechanical domains required to create a complete product.

Power Electronics Inside the Product
Power electronics inside the product.

Power electronics doesn’t always exist as a standalone power product. In embedded, connected, robotic and electromechanical systems, power conversion and control are often integral parts of the overall product architecture.

ATRI integrates power electronics with embedded electronics, firmware, motors and actuators, batteries and charging, sensors, communications, thermal systems and mechanical design—engineering the power subsystem around the requirements of the complete product.

Power Control & Feedback
Power that responds to the system.

Modern power systems are increasingly controlled systems. ATRI combines power electronics with sensing, embedded control and firmware to regulate power delivery, respond to changing loads and protect the product under abnormal conditions.

Voltage Feedback
Monitoring output voltage to hold regulation under changing conditions.
Current Feedback
Monitoring current to protect the power stage and the load.
Load Monitoring
Tracking how the connected load is actually behaving.
Temperature Monitoring
Tracking thermal state of power components and the system.
Protection Logic
Detecting abnormal electrical conditions and responding safely.

Thermal, Reliability & EMI/EMC
Power engineering doesn’t stop at the schematic.

A power circuit that works on the bench is only the beginning. Component losses, heat, switching noise, electrical protection, mechanical packaging and operating environment all influence whether the finished product performs reliably in the field.
